Daily Deals 11/17 – Amazon Black Friday Calendar, Wii U Launch, and more

Amazon Black Friday CalendarRight on schedule, Amazon released their Black Friday Lightning Deals Calendar yesterday. Take a look at what Video Game Lightning Deals are scheduled for next week. Everything will start at the listed time on this page. A lot of the prices are matching in-store sales at Best Buy, Target, and Walmart. The Black Friday Index has also been updated.

Each day next week I’ll include the Lightning Deals in the daily update as well as any other titles that go on sale.

ref=sr_1_1The Wii U comes out tomorrow.  It seems like it’s been so long since a new home system came out.  Anyone out there picking up a Wii U?  Going to wait in line?  I have one pre-ordered at Best Buy, and hope there aren’t any problems.

Reviews are starting to come in and unsurprisingly the best games are looking to be New Super Mario Bros. U and Nintendo Land.  Gamespot gave ZombiU a 4.5, while Edge magazine gave it the same score (7) as Nintendo Land.  Looks like it may be quite a polarizing game.  Mass Effect 3 and Ninja Gaiden 3 are looking to have technical issues such as framerate drops and animation glitches.
